Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If there is any issue with your order (defect, incorrect items shipped, damaged item) please notify our team as soon as possible. If we are notified after 3 days of receipt of the package we will be unable to ensure correction of the order
Here is an easy breakdown of the policy:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 7 days of the date that we ship out your order.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
